Molecular fluorescence imaging — Auspicious Laboratory, Houston
We run the test in-house. That single fact is what makes same-day treatment possible.CLIA #45D2048957 · CAP #8722734 · Same-day results · Walk-ins welcome
A CLIA-certified (#45D2048957), CAP-accredited (#8722734), physician-led high-complexity molecular laboratory in Houston's Westchase district. We perform high-complexity molecular PCR and LC-MS/MS in-house — not send-out. That is the whole architecture: because the instrument is here, your result is ready this afternoon; and because a licensed physician is here, treatment can happen this evening.

What we will not do

We will not pay for referrals, share revenue, or offer inducements — see our compliance position. We will not publish drug doses. We will not tell you that a positive Ureaplasma needs an antibiotic, or that a positive cannabis test proves impairment, or that a routine flu panel can diagnose H5N1. And if you arrive with fever and flank pain, we will send you to an emergency department rather than take your money.

The reason we say all of this out loud is not modesty. It is that a laboratory's only real asset is whether its results can be trusted — and trust is built by what you refuse to claim.

Same day, start to finish. Sample by 1:00 PM → results at 4:30 PM → if treatment is clinically appropriate, a licensed physician in our partner network sees you between 4:30 and 6:00 PM, a few minutes away. That window is reserved for patients tested here, and your slot is held the moment we take your sample — the slot is held, not hunted. On your own, a same-day appointment is nearly impossible; at an urgent care, you wait in the queue. STAT: ~2 hours, sample in by 3:00 PM.
