What you are comparing against

WhereWhat you actually get
Free or discount clinicLimited panel, long waits, results in days; screening tests, not confirmation. See what "free" can cost you
Urgent careUsually chlamydia + gonorrhea on urine, sent out; 2–5 days; visit fee on top
Emergency departmentExtremely expensive; not designed for this
Auspicious Laboratory12-marker molecular panel, in-house, same-day result, partner-network physician the same evening

The cheapest test is the one that answers the question. A test that misses the site of infection is not cheap — it is worthless at any price.

Why we do not publish a price list

Because what you actually need varies — number of targets, number of collection sites, standard or STAT. A posted number would either be misleading or would push us into competing on price rather than on whether the test is right. Text us and get a real answer for your situation.

Same day, start to finish. Sample by 1:00 PM → results at 4:30 PM → if treatment is clinically appropriate, a licensed physician in our partner network sees you between 4:30 and 6:00 PM, a few minutes away. That window is reserved for patients tested here, and your slot is held the moment we take your sample — the slot is held, not hunted. On your own, a same-day appointment is nearly impossible; at an urgent care, you wait in the queue. STAT: ~2 hours, sample in by 3:00 PM.

FAQ

Do you take insurance?
You do not need it. If you have it, ask us.
Is there a separate doctor fee?
Ask when you text; we will lay out the whole picture before you come.
Is a cheaper test elsewhere the same test?
Usually not. Compare the number of targets, whether it is molecular PCR, whether extragenital sites are collected, and how long the result takes.
Can I pay on the day?
Yes. Walk in Monday to Friday.
