Yes. No insurance, no appointment, no referral, no registration fee. Walk in Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pricing runs Save up to 40% compared to urgent care and a fraction of an emergency department — and you get a molecular result with resistance genes the same afternoon, not a dipstick and a guess.

What you are actually paying for
| Where | What you get |
|---|---|
| Urgent care | Dipstick + empiric antibiotic; culture sent out, 24–72 hours |
| Emergency department | Very expensive; appropriate only if you are systemically unwell |
| Auspicious Laboratory | Multiplex molecular panel + resistance genes, same day; partner-network physician the same evening |
The expensive path is not the test. It is the failed antibiotic, the second visit, and the kidney infection that follows a treatment nobody checked.
Why no price list
Because what you need varies — panel scope, whether an STI panel is warranted, standard or STAT. Text (713) 832-8892 and we will tell you what your specific situation costs before you come in.
We name drugs, never doses. Treatment statements follow IDSA, AUA and ACOG guidance; dose and duration are a physician's decision.
Same day, start to finish. Sample by 1:00 PM → results at 4:30 PM → if treatment is clinically appropriate, a licensed physician in our partner network sees you between 4:30 and 6:00 PM, a few minutes away. That window is reserved for patients tested here, and your slot is held the moment we take your sample — the slot is held, not hunted. On your own, a same-day appointment is nearly impossible; at an urgent care, you wait in the queue. STAT: ~2 hours, sample in by 3:00 PM.
