Where exactly is the test center?

We are at 3707 Westcenter Dr, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77042, in the Westchase area, just off Westheimer. The building is a white two-story office building with the number 3707 on the wall and our Auspicious Laboratory sign on the front lawn.

Where do you park, and which door do you use?

There is plenty of free parking in the lot right in front of the building, and accessible spaces sit next to the front walk. Go in through the main glass doors. We are Suite 100 on the ground floor: follow the “Testing Services — Enter Here” sign to Room 100.

When are you open, and when are results ready?

What happens after you walk in?

1. Tell us what you want to test. Tell us how you were exposed, too. A urine test cannot rule out a throat or rectal infection, so we collect the right sites. Which site to swab →
2. Give your sample. Urine, swabs, and a blood draw for HIV, depending on the tests you choose.
3. Get your results. We run the molecular PCR panel in our own lab. Samples in by 1:00 PM are ready at 5:00 PM.
4. See a physician if you need one. If you are positive and treatment is clinically appropriate, a licensed physician in our partner network may see you between 5:00 and 6:00 PM the same day, or you can book for the next day.

Which STD tests can you get here?

Our 12-marker PCR panel covers chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomonas, HSV-1, HSV-2, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma (both species) and Gardnerella, plus an HIV-1/HIV-2 antibody and p24 antigen blood test. You can test for all of them or only the ones you need.

FAQ

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can text (713) 832-8892 first so we can prepare the right tests, but you do not have to.

Where do I park?

Parking is free in the large lot right in front of 3707 Westcenter Dr, with accessible spaces near the front walk. We are Suite 100 on the ground floor.

Are you open on weekends or holidays?

No. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays.

How fast are results?

Give your sample by 1:00 PM and results are ready at 5:00 PM the same day. After 1:00 PM, results are ready by 5:00 PM the next business day. STAT results take about 2 hours if we collect by 3:00 PM.

Can I see a doctor the same day?

If you are positive and treatment is clinically appropriate, a licensed physician in our partner network may see you between 5:00 and 6:00 PM the same day, or you can book for the next day.

Is it private?

Yes. Testing is confidential and handled under HIPAA and applicable Texas law. No referral is needed.
